1. Return Window
You have 3 calendar days to request a return from the date you received it. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Damaged/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof of Issue: To ensure a smooth process, we strongly recommend recording an unpacking video when you open your parcel. This helps us instantly verify any damage or missing items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized jewelry.
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Since we handle returns personally to ensure quality, please follow these simple steps:
Email Us: Send an email to support@zyorafashion.me with your Order ID and a photo/video of the item.
Review: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or Bank Transfer for COD orders).
Timing: You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
