At Zyora Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping details below.
1. Processing & Dispatch Time
Dispatch Time: We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery dates are estimated. While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or operational challenges.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
Small Orders: A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1000.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can track your package directly on our courier partner's website.
5. Order Not Received?
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 24 hours at:

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Zyora Fashion jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent return process.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Note: We strongly recommend recording an Unboxing Video to prove any damage or missing items. This helps speed up your claim.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized jewelry.
Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.
4. Refund Process
Step 1: Email us at support@zyorafashion.me with your Order ID and photos/video of the issue.
Step 2: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (free of cost).
Step 3: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will initiate your refund.
Step 4: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or Bank Account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
